Bodyrockers in the House Tonight!

Let the 30-day Challenge commence!  At the end of it all we can look back and see how far we've come, from the beginning.  We'll see about that.

Day 1- Fit Test - consisted of a 7-minute workout at 50/10 intervals.  That shit was hard!  And that's only DAY ONE!!

Scores:
Squat Jump - 26
Push Ups - 26
Burpees - 6
High Knees - 28
Switch Lunges - 17
Tuck Jumps - HA!
Straight Abs - 12

Don't be scared to post yours!  I'm sure, after seeing mine, everyone's okay with showing theirs!  LOL  I look forward to this challenge and making myself stronger (and with less back fat)!
