OK im REALLY going to try and keep up with working out on BodyRock- I mean, who cant workout for 12 minutes?!
I have only done Fit test so far and my uber impressive scores are :
Squat jumps: 32
Girlie Push up: 18 (shocked)
Burpees: 10
High Knees: 76
Switch Lunge: 26
Tuck Jumps- went to fridge to inhale water
Abs: 40
Please dear Lord let me wake up at 4:30 for Day 2
76 high knees! That's AWESOME, Kelly! I like how we both blew off the tuck jumps. LOL!
