Day 2 - Start Up Cardio Workout

WTF?!?!? Was she trying to fit all 30 days into ONE?!?  I slacked and did all the beginner (if at all) moves.  Day 2 was intervals of 50/10 for 12 minutes.

10x High Knees + 10x Mountain Climbers - 2 sets

2x Squat Jumps + 2x Push Ups + 1x Tuck Jump - 3 sets

Centre to Elbow Jump (L&R) + 2 Leg Jumps - didn't understand what this meant, did it after

Clean + Press + Squat + Press + Push Up - 4 sets

Tuck Jumps x 5 + 1/2 Burpee + Squat Hold x 5 - 5 sets

Spider Knee Push Up + Straight Leg Push Up (L&R) - 3 sets of 2

Switch Lunge + Press - 4 (I was dying at this point)

Side Lunge x 2 + L&R side Punch + 2 Tuck Jumps - 7 sets (I was confused at this point)

10x Squat + 10x Squat Jumps - 1.5 sets

Elbow to Knee Jumps x 10 (each side) - 2 sets

Wide Leg Jumps + Push Up - 15 to 20ish

Speed Run - yes
